I like to paint. I do not however, like painting school...I've left a number of America's finest art schools over the last decade! But not without picking up useful techniques and a strong idea of what I don't want to do. I don't make big political statements. I generally don't paint things that look like nothing. I don't "emote."

I paint. I draw. I sketch. I think about color, light, shape and line. I see something that intrigues me and I draw it. I see something boring and I try to paint it in an intriguing way.

Some people (mostly friends and family) like what I do. They react to a particular image because it reminds them of something they enjoy, because it looks like something they know. They want it. They give me a little money for it.
