a still life study with dramatic cast shadow in acrylic on canvas board. an example of my preference for unusual viewing angle or perspective..rather than the usual fruit on a table in the middle distance, i have barely referenced the tabletop surface and chose to look directly down at the fruit (yes, you assume correctly that i had to use a very short table!).
