look up!...a colorful, bright depiction of the classic French shutters and windows from below. i am particularly interested in the common sight of old style windows with the jumble of contemporary lamp posts, wires and pipes. watercolor, watercolor pencil lines for detail, some graphite of the original sketch still visible, oil pastel for brightness and depth. on gorgeous, dense deckle edge paper so thick it could almost be board.
